Common questions
What happens if my website goes down or breaks?
We fix it — that’s the plan working. Because we host, monitor and back up your site, most issues are caught and resolved before you ever notice. If something does slip through, you email one person and it gets handled.
Can you take over a website you didn’t build?
Usually yes. We’ll review your current site first — if it’s healthy enough to care for, we’ll migrate it to our hosting and put it on the plan. If it’s beyond saving, we’ll tell you honestly and talk about a rebuild.
What counts toward my monthly edits?
Anything quick: swapping photos, updating hours, adding a staff member, posting a new special. Bigger jobs like new pages or redesigns are quoted separately — and unused minutes simply reset each month.
